The overall power burnin testing system of Soaring Electric (hereinafter referred to as “burnin room”) composes of four main parts, i.e. burnin room body, load system, temperature control system and electric control and monitoring system and is an overall power burnin testing system integrating power test, temperature test, environmental electronic control and test process monitoring, etc.
This system is mainly used by large power supply enterprises, power-related enterprises, scientific research institutes and testing centers, etc. to perform the burnin test, energy-saving test and performance test for power supply of different types and voltage and at different voltage grades.


►l  The burnin room system for power test composes of: 

•   Burnin room body: room body material + room assembly and collision prevention + room structure + door + test bench + product storage layer)

•  Temperature control system: (temperature control scope and precision + temperature control components + temperature detection line position + temperature detection and report + product area cycle + product area heating air intake + product area overheat exhaust)

•  Electric control system: (product input power + product input voltage + total product power + total control power + exhaust fan power + total electric power +…)

•  Load system: regenerative electronic load (selected according to the power type) + computer + monitoring system + connector)

•  Monitoring system

Provided that the power efficiency is 92%, the regenerative load efficiency is 88% and the burnin power is 110kW.

• When the energy consumption load is used, the 110kW burnin power is completely converted in the form of heat.

• When the regenerative electronic load is used, after the regenerative electronic load absorbs the 100kW electric energy from the power supply side (the power efficiency loss is 10kW), the 88kW (the load efficiency loss is 12kW) AC electric power is regenerated and transmitted to the power distribution side for recycling, and the 110kW electric energy burnin work can be done with the consumption of 22kW electric energy only.
